Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
  • Proven experience performing MRI procedures in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MRI safety protocols and best practices
  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and care with patients of various ages and backgrounds
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images as instructed by physicians
  • Evaluate images for technical quality and report any issues to the radiologist
  • Provide thorough explanations to patients regarding procedures, answering questions and ensuring comfort throughout the process
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and infection control guidelines in the imaging suite
  • Document procedures accurately and maintain complete patient records
  • Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and support staff to optimize workflow and patient care

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
