Key Qualifications:

• Active certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI or equivalent)
• Proficiency with current MRI imaging equipment and procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols

• Compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract for 13 weeks

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans according to clinical protocols and physician orders
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures to alleviate anxiety
• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently, adjusting parameters as needed for optimal imaging
• Review images for quality assurance before submitting studies to radiologists
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict confidentiality standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in maintaining a safe work environment
