MRI Technologist | Warwick, Rhode Island

Step into a pivotal imaging role utilizing your advanced MRI expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting for a 13-week assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned MRI technologist who excels in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working third shift hours.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3rd shift
• Four 10-hour shifts, 9:00pm – 7:30am
• Includes participation in holiday and weekend rotations

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT credentials required
• Demonstrated Siemens MRI experience
• Advanced proficiency in neuro imaging, body imaging, angiography, and musculoskeletal protocols highly preferred
• Skilled in scanning patients with a variety of implanted medical devices
• Ability to adapt to diverse imaging scenarios and collaborate effectively with team members

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans across a range of specialties, including neurological, body, vascular, and MSK studies
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients, particularly those with implanted devices
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient privacy
• Adhere to regulatory and safety standards, contributing to a culture of excellence in diagnostic imaging
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and education activities
