MRI Technologist in Warwick, RI

Step into a dynamic MRI Technologist role tailored for professionals with a strong background in imaging and MRI procedures. Schedule:

• Four 10-hour night shifts per week
• 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT(CT) credentials required
• Experience operating MRI equipment and performing high-quality imaging in accordance with physician orders
• Solid understanding of MRI safety best practices for patients and staff
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and high standards of medical documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout
• Operate MRI systems to acquire detailed diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Monitor patients during scans and assist in managing any contrast reactions or clinical concerns
• Adhere strictly to infection control procedures and radiology department protocols
• Document imaging results, complete required paperwork, and maintain equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
