Qualifications:

• ARRT registered technologist in MRI
• Active Utah State Licensure for administering RX
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
• Proven MRI experience, with strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient positioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently through night shifts with attention to detail

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to capture accurate and high-resolution images as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and position patients safely, explaining procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Monitor patient condition throughout imaging, responding quickly to any needs or complications
• Follow all safety guidelines, including appropriate use of contrast agents and screening for contraindications
• Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical team members to ensure timely, effective diagnostics
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of imaging equipment
