Deliver outstanding imaging services as a skilled MRI Technologist within a dynamic healthcare environment. Make a direct impact on patient outcomes by performing high-quality MRI scans and ensuring patient safety throughout the imaging process on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment and related technology efficiently and safely
  • Position patients appropriately and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
  • Adhere to established protocols for each scan to produce accurate, high-resolution images
  • Review images for clarity and completeness before submitting to radiologists
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Document patient information and imaging results in electronic health records in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited MRI Technology program
  • Valid ARRT (MRI) certification or equivalent
  • State licensure, if required
  • Demonstrated experience performing MRI scans in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow protocols precisely
