Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- No call, no holidays
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Active New York State radiologic technologist licensure
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI
- Proficient in MRI imaging techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent patient care and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and imaging protocols
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
- Operate MRI equipment with attention to detail and adherence to protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient imaging and procedural details
- Review images for quality, collaborating with radiologists and healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces
- Foster a positive patient experience through compassionate interaction
