Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • No call, no holidays

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
  • Active New York State radiologic technologist licensure
  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI
  • Proficient in MRI imaging techniques and safety protocols
  • Excellent patient care and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and imaging protocols
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
  • Operate MRI equipment with attention to detail and adherence to protocols
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient imaging and procedural details
  • Review images for quality, collaborating with radiologists and healthcare providers as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces
  • Foster a positive patient experience through compassionate interaction
