Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- 35 hours per week guaranteed
Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
- No state license necessary for this position
- Demonstrated proficiency operating Hitachi MRI systems is essential
- Prior experience in MRI imaging required
- Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MRI examinations according to physician orders, ensuring patient safety and diagnostic accuracy
- Operate Hitachi MRI equipment efficiently and troubleshoot routine issues
- Accurately identify and screen patients based on medical history and contraindications for MRI procedures
- Assist patients before, during, and after scans to ensure comfort and optimal imaging outcomes
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and maintain high standards of care
- Perform regular quality control checks and maintain equipment cleanliness and calibration records
- Document all procedures and observations in accordance with facility policies
