MRI Technologist | West Palm Beach, Florida

Step into an impactful imaging role leveraging your MRI expertise, working with a dedicated radiology team providing exceptional patient care. This position involves a 13-week contract, offering the chance to utilize advanced MRI technology in a high-volume environment.

Schedule:

• Two 12-hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday
• 8:00am – 8:00pm

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an MRI Technologist in a high-volume setting
• ARRT (MR) certification (required)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong technical proficiency with imaging equipment and safety procedures
• Willingness to float between multiple locations as needed
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images according to physician orders and imaging protocols
• Provide safe, compassionate care while positioning and monitoring patients throughout scans
• Collaborate with radiologists and fellow technologists to ensure image quality and patient safety
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting and reporting technical issues as necessary
• Adhere to facility policies, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements
• Accurately document procedures in the electronic medical record
• Support efficient workflow and accommodate schedule flexibility across different imaging sites
