Schedule:

  • 13-week assignment
  • 3 12-hour shifts per week
  • Day shifts from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI [ARRT(MR)]
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment and adjusting imaging protocols for optimal results
  • Solid knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in MRI environments
  • Strong communication and patient care skills, ensuring comfort and clarity throughout the imaging process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI procedures according to physician orders, maintaining the highest standards of image quality and patient safety
  • Prepare and position patients, providing clear explanations and reassurance throughout exams
  • Calibrate and operate advanced MRI machinery, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and radiologists to deliver prompt, precise imaging results
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient histories, and equipment logs
  • Uphold infection control practices and ensure the cleanliness and integrity of the MRI suite
