MRI Technologist in Westerville, OH

Step into a pivotal role specializing in MRI imaging within a state-of-the-art facility. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and is designed for professionals eager to apply their expertise in MRI technology in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Schedule:

• 4 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 10-hour shifts, 11:00am – 9:30pm

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• Credentialed through ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT
• Demonstrated experience operating advanced MRI equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe, high-quality MRI scans for a variety of clinical indications
• Position patients appropriately and ensure comfort and safety throughout each procedure
• Adhere to protocols for MRI safety, including screening for contraindications
• Work closely with radiologists to acquire diagnostic images
• Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient data
• Perform quality control checks on equipment and promptly report issues
• Respond compassionately to patient needs and provide clear explanations of procedures
