Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) required
- Demonstrated competency operating MRI equipment and imaging software
- Detailed knowledge of MRI safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients and clinical staff
- Experience in a hospital or clinic imaging department preferred
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic-quality images as ordered by physicians
- Ensure patient safety by confirming screening and following safety procedures at all times
- Accurately position patients, explain procedures, and provide comfort throughout the imaging process
- Review images for clarity and collaborate with radiologists for prompt interpretation
- Keep complete, accurate patient records and document all procedures performed
- Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless patient care

$2,710 - $2,867/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
