  • Current ARRT (MRI) certification or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of recent MRI Tech experience in a clinical setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating MRI equipment and related technology

  • Ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and medical staff
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and image quality
  • Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and facility policies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all MRI examinations according to established protocols and physician orders
  • Position patients appropriately and provide clear explanations to ensure comfort and cooperation
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures, ensuring safety and image quality
  • Evaluate images for accuracy, quality, and completeness before submission to radiologists
  • Document findings and maintain complete, accurate patient records
  • Practice appropriate infection control and adhere to all safety guidelines, including use of PPE and screening for contraindications
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and promptly report malfunctions as necessary
  • Collaborate with radiology team members to maintain workflow efficiency
