MRI Technologist | Williamsburg, Michigan

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• 5x8-hour shifts
• Evenings, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Monday through Friday (no weekends, no on-call)

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• ARRT(MR) credential required
• ARMRIT accepted with a minimum of 3 years’ MRI experience
• Proficiency in MRI imaging techniques and MRI safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed understanding of MRI equipment operation and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images per physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for MRI scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Review images for clarity and completeness before submitting to radiologists for interpretation
• Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient data
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with radiology team members and other healthcare professionals for seamless workflow
