MRI Technologist - Williamsburg, Michigan

Skilled professionals with expertise in MRI technology are needed to support diagnostic imaging services on a contract basis. This 13-week assignment calls for proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment and a strong collaborative spirit within a busy healthcare environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday rotation
• 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM shifts
• 34–38 hours per week
• Every weekend required

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT (MR) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience performing MRI scans with Siemens equipment
• Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and quality control standards
• Effective communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
• Meticulous attention to detail and patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education before, during, and after exams
• Operate and maintain Siemens MRI systems, troubleshooting minor issues and escalating technical problems as necessary
• Accurately verify patient data and document imaging procedures in appropriate systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure high-quality image acquisition and patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, organized imaging department, adhering to all regulatory and facility standards
