Take on an exciting travel MRI opportunity, where you’ll gain valuable experience in a facility recognized for its excellence and fast-paced environment. Exposure to a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility, diverse patient populations—including pediatric and anesthesia cases—and advanced MRI technology ensures continuous professional development.

Schedule:

  • Friday through Sunday, 3x12-hour shifts
  • Day shift: 07:00 – 19:30
  • No call required

Qualifications:

  • Valid ARRT (MR) certification and current BLS required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center or teaching facility preferred
  • Proficiency with Siemens MR (required)
  • MRI Safety expertise, including implant research and adherence to scanning guidelines
  • Comfortable working with anesthesia and pediatric patients
  • Experience with Epic and PACS preferred
  • State license not required
  • Local travelers within 75 miles are not eligible

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans and ensure patient safety at all stages
  • Assess, screen, and accurately position patients, including those with challenging cases (pediatric, anesthesia, implants)
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and nursing staff in a trauma/teaching environment
  • Track procedures and utilize EMR (Epic) and PACS as needed
  • Adhere to strict safety, hospital, and departmental protocols
