A full-time Clinical Supervisor position is available within the MRI Department, offering an opportunity to lead and support imaging operations with a focus on high-quality patient care. This role is based primarily in Greensboro, NC, with occasional work at additional nearby locations requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily MRI department activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and imaging protocols
  • Perform advanced MRI procedures, including breast biopsies, supporting diagnostic accuracy
  • Coordinate workflow and staff schedules to maintain optimal department function
  • Provide mentorship and training to MRI technologists, promoting professional development
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and equipment maintenance oversight

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of MRI technologist experience required
  • Proficiency in breast biopsy procedures is a strong advantage
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage clinical teams effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Certification and licensure as required by regulations

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Occasional weekend coverage may be necessary for emergent situations
