A full-time Clinical Supervisor position is available within the MRI Department, offering an opportunity to lead and support imaging operations with a focus on high-quality patient care. This role is based primarily in Greensboro, NC, with occasional work at additional nearby locations requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily MRI department activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and imaging protocols
- Perform advanced MRI procedures, including breast biopsies, supporting diagnostic accuracy
- Coordinate workflow and staff schedules to maintain optimal department function
- Provide mentorship and training to MRI technologists, promoting professional development
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and equipment maintenance oversight
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of MRI technologist experience required
- Proficiency in breast biopsy procedures is a strong advantage
- Leadership skills and ability to manage clinical teams effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Certification and licensure as required by regulations
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekend coverage may be necessary for emergent situations
