Advance your imaging career by leveraging your expertise in MRI technology. This specialized opportunity calls for an experienced professional prepared to handle a variety of complex imaging cases and technologies within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Five 8-hour shifts per week
  • Rotating weekends included

Qualifications:

  • Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI or ARMRIT credentials required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Proven experience with Siemens MRI equipment, specifically Siemens Aera 1.5T
  • Advanced knowledge in neuro imaging, body, angiography, and musculoskeletal (MSK) MRI preferred
  • Demonstrated competency scanning patients with multiple implanted medical devices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
  • Operate Siemens MRI systems efficiently, adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the diagnostic needs are met with precision and efficiency
  • Accurately document and communicate technical findings and maintain comprehensive patient records
  • Adapt to complex imaging requirements, particularly for neuro, body, angiography, and MSK studies
  • Safely manage challenging cases involving patients with various implanted devices
  • Participate in rotating weekend coverage as part of the imaging team
