Step into a dynamic healthcare environment dedicated to excellence in diagnostic imaging. We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist with advanced expertise, ready to play a key role in providing top-tier patient care. This is a 13-week contract assignment offering exciting hands-on experience with cutting-edge Siemens Aera 1.5 MRI equipment.

Schedule:

  • 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
  • Night shift: 9:00pm – 7:30am
  • Rotating weekends

Qualifications:

  • Current BLS certification
  • Registered with ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT (both accepted)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Siemens Aera 1.5 MRI systems
  • Advanced experience in neuro imaging, body imaging, angiography, and musculoskeletal (msk) imaging highly preferred
  • Skilled in scanning patients with various implanted devices
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to patient safety and image quality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment, ensuring high-quality images for physician interpretation
  • Safely scan patients, including those with multiple implanted medical devices
  • Collaborate with referring clinicians to optimize imaging protocols for neuro, body, vascular, and musculoskeletal studies
  • Maintain accurate patient and exam documentation
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable patient experience throughout the imaging process
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, infection control, and quality standards
