MRI Technologist - Woonsocket, Rhode Island

This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and requires advanced skills to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging. The position entails working with the latest Siemens equipment, performing complex scans, and supporting a collaborative team through evening hours on a third-shift schedule.

Schedule and Hours:

• 3rd shift
• Four 10-hour shifts, 9:00pm–7:30am
• Weekend and holiday rotations

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required
• Demonstrated experience operating Siemens MRI equipment
• Advanced proficiency in neuro imaging, body imaging, angiography, and musculoskeletal (MSK) scans preferred
• Prior experience scanning patients with multiple implanted devices is highly valued
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and patient communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality MRI studies with precision, ensuring optimal diagnostic information for care teams
• Adapt imaging protocols for complex cases, especially patients with implanted medical devices
• Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes and workflow
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Support the department during off-hours, providing expertise and adaptability during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in patient interactions, contributing to a positive care experience
