MRI Technologist | Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Advance your career as an experienced MRI Technologist working with cutting-edge imaging equipment in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and requires a proactive professional skilled in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging for a diverse patient population from pediatrics to adults, including trauma cases.

Schedule:

• 4 shifts per week, 10-hour nights (4pm–2:30am)
• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Extensive experience with Epic EMR and GE Signa, Siemens MRI equipment
• Familiarity with Medrad injectors and GE PACS is highly desirable
• Ability to float to children’s hospital as needed
• Prior experience in emergency department, inpatient, and trauma imaging settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced MRI examinations using Siemens Definition AS+ and GE VCT 64 Slice scanners
• Manage contrast administration and trauma imaging studies efficiently and safely
• Adapt to high-pressure situations and a varied patient mix, including pediatric through adult cases
• Ensure accurate electronic documentation using Epic
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care in both routine and emergency scenarios
• Maintain high competency in operation and basic troubleshooting of specialized imaging equipment
• Uphold quality control and safety standards throughout daily operations

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
