Advance your healthcare career with this exceptional opportunity for an experienced MRI Technologist to provide expert imaging services in a dynamic clinical setting. This contract position calls for proficiency in MRI scanning practices and the ability to deliver accurate results, contributing meaningfully to patient care and clinical outcomes.
Schedule:
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM: Saturday & Sunday
- 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM: Monday
Key Qualifications:
- ARRT (MRI) certification or equivalent credential required
- Minimum of one year’s experience in MRI imaging in a clinical environment
- Strong knowledge of MRI equipment operation and safety guidelines
- Ability to position patients and explain examination procedures effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and healthcare professionals
- Up-to-date BLS certification
Role Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensure documentation aligns with compliance and patient safety standards
- Accurately position patients and maintain patient comfort throughout scanning procedures
- Review physicians’ imaging requests, ensure proper imaging sequences, and adapt protocols as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following established infection control procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical staff to deliver seamless patient care
