Deliver advanced patient imaging care in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract position calls for a skilled professional with a strong background in imaging as a Multi Modality Technologist and experience as a CT Technologist. Work in a large, progressive medical center offering access to state-of-the-art equipment, including GE Optima, multiple GE EVO units, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors. The facility utilizes Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PACS for efficient documentation and image management.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CT Technologist and Multi Modality Imaging Technologist
- Proven competency in operating GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors
- Experience with Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PACS preferred
- ARRT (R)(CT) or equivalent required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and adapt to varying shift demands
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate, high-quality CT and multi-modality scans as ordered
- Coordinate imaging services efficiently during assigned shifts
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
- Operate all equipment according to established protocols
- Accurately document procedures using Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PACS
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, assistants, and supervisors to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all imaging equipment
Schedule Details:
- Staffing levels vary by shift:
- Day: 5 technologists plus supervisor
- Evening: 4-5 technologists, radiology assistant
- Night: 2-3 technologists, radiology assistant
