CT Tech Multimodality Technologist - Asheville, NC

Make a positive impact using your expertise in imaging as a Multi Modality and CT Technologist. This contract role serves a large hospital equipped with advanced technology and a diverse clinical team. Your day-to-day contributions will support high-quality patient care and diagnostic accuracy.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: Team of 5 Technologists and a supervisor
• Evening Shift: 4–5 Technologists and a Radiology Assistant
• Night Shift: 2–3 Technologists and a Radiology Assistant

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient in both general imaging and CT modalities
• Solid experience operating GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution scanners, and Medrad Injectors
• Previous work with Cerner Rad Net EMR and Phillips PACS strongly preferred
• Current ARRT certification or equivalent
• State licensure as required for technologists
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to varying staffing and workflow demands

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in Cerner Rad Net EMR and Phillips PACS
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment; troubleshoot and report malfunctions as needed
• Collaborate with other technologists, assistants, and supervisory staff to support smooth shift transitions and optimal department operations
• Assist with scheduling, patient preparation, and workflow efficiency within the department

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
