Requirements and Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Experience working with multiple imaging modalities
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an imaging department
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, patient care standards, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and assess staff performance
  • Proficiency in using imaging equipment and patient documentation systems

Schedule:

  • Contract position
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily workflow for imaging technologists
  • Perform radiologic procedures and assist with multi-modality imaging as needed
  • Oversee quality assurance, safety, and compliance with protocols
  • Train and mentor new staff, providing on-going education and performance feedback
  • Liaise with physicians and nursing staff to ensure smooth patient care
  • Troubleshoot equipment and address technical issues promptly
  • Monitor and manage staff scheduling
  • Maintain accurate patient and department records
