Advance your career as an Imaging Supervisor in a dynamic, high-performing clinical setting offering exposure to advanced trauma and teaching hospital environments. Play an active role in radiologic workflow and leadership at a state-of-the-art facility known for its Level I Trauma and Pediatric Trauma care. This 13-week contract involves supervising a busy main radiology department with direct support from a dedicated leadership team, physicians, and fellow technologists.

Schedule and Shifts:

  • 12-hour day shifts (6:30 am – 7:00 pm)
  • 36 hours per week
  • Every weekend required
  • No on-call or call-back responsibilities
  • Holiday coverage only if scheduled

Qualifications:

  • ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of acute care experience; Level I trauma preferred
  • At least 1 year in a radiology leadership role (Lead Tech, Supervisor, Manager, Director)
  • Experience in general X-ray, trauma imaging, portable studies, and OR imaging (spinal, ortho, neuro, peds)
  • C-arm experience required; O-arm proficiency strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of EPIC EMR
  • Effective communicator with strong organizational and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily imaging operations and coordinate a team of radiology professionals
  • Manage staff scheduling, call schedules, and assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Collaborate with other supervisory staff, address coaching opportunities in real-time, and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Ensure high-quality, timely imaging services for adult and pediatric patients, including trauma, ED, and surgery
  • Engage with medical residents, fellows, and students in a teaching hospital environment
