Dietitian Multimodality Technologist - Chelsea, Michigan

Leverage your expertise as an Imaging – Multi Modality Tech and Registered Dietitian (RD) in a dynamic healthcare environment providing comprehensive nutrition and imaging care. This contract role spans 13 weeks and seeks professionals passionate about enhancing patient outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration and advanced nutritional support.

Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week (or a combination)
• Flexible start and stop times

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the past 5 years) full-time RD experience in acute care, nursing home, inpatient rehab, or LTACH settings
• Experience within the past 8 years may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Required competency in NFPE (Nutrition-Focused Physical Exam) procedures
• Proficient in enteral and parenteral nutrition therapies
• Background in ICU setting highly preferred
• Solid experience and documentation in acute, rehab, or long-term care environments
• Imaging – Multi Modality Tech experience preferred
• Strong communication and consulting skills

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a nutritional consultant and resource to care teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide patient and family counseling, education, and outcome evaluations
• Coordinate and participate in nutrition education programs and seminars
• Collaborate with providers, contribute to diet therapy advancements, and communicate nutritional findings
• Document services and outcomes in patient medical records
• Oversee, teach, and mentor dietetic interns/students
• Address nutrition issues relating to culinary wellness for patients and staff
• Participate in special projects and continuous professional development

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
