Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
• Demonstrated proficiency as an X-ray Tech and experience across multiple imaging modalities (CT, MRI, etc.)
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and imaging protocols
• Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
• Valid and current state license

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the imaging department, including workflow coordination and staff supervision
• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and ensure high-quality patient care
• Mentor, support, and evaluate technologists, assisting in their skill development and performance reviews
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including infection control and radiation safety
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with service vendors as needed
• Facilitate ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives within the department
• Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping for procedures and patient data
