Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
- Demonstrated proficiency as an X-ray Tech and experience across multiple imaging modalities (CT, MRI, etc.)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and imaging protocols
- Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
- Valid and current state license
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the imaging department, including workflow coordination and staff supervision
