CT Tech Multimodality Technologist - Hendersonville, NC

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for experienced imaging professionals with a strong background in multi-modality and CT technology. This role involves supporting a high-volume, well-equipped environment, utilizing leading-edge imaging equipment and collaborating within a skilled staff team. Work alongside technologists and radiology assistants, contributing to exceptional patient care in an 800-bed hospital setting.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day, evening, and night shifts available
• Day Shift: 5 technologists and supervisor on duty
• Evening Shift: 4-5 technologists and radiology assistant
• Night Shift: 2-3 technologists and radiology assistant

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Multi-Modality Technologist and CT Technologist
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography required
• Proficiency using GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution, and Medrad injectors
• Prior experience with Cerner Rad Net and Philips PACS preferred
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and excellent patient communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as assigned

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities, with a focus on CT
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment for optimal performance
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and assistants to deliver efficient patient care
• Accurately document clinical information using EMR and PACS systems
• Follow all departmental policies, protocols, and safety standards
