CT Tech Multimodality Technologist - Hendersonville, North Carolina

Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: Supported by five technologists and a supervisor
• Evening Shift: Staffed by four to five technologists and a radiology assistant
• Night Shift: Team includes two to three technologists and a radiology assistant

Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in multiple imaging modalities, including CT
• Experience operating equipment such as GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors
• Comfortable navigating EMR platforms, specifically Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PAC’s
• Prior clinical imaging experience in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with a multidisciplinary team
• Current ARRT (R) certification and appropriate modality certifications required
• Valid state licensure as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic exams using various imaging modalities, emphasizing computed tomography
• Utilize advanced imaging equipment to generate precise and accurate results
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and healthcare staff to facilitate patient-centered imaging care
• Ensure accurate records by documenting exams in EMR systems
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness
• Support patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout imaging processes
