Key Qualifications:

• Active ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Proven experience as an Imaging – Multi Modality Tech and X-ray Tech
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical imaging setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of imaging protocols and safety procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate teams and provide patient-focused care
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment and support multiple imaging modalities as needed

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the imaging department, supervising technologists and support staff
• Perform diagnostic imaging exams, including X-rays and other modalities, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to team members
• Facilitate patient care by verifying imaging orders, preparing equipment, and assisting with patient positioning
• Ensure equipment is regularly maintained and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to optimize imaging services
