Looking for a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in patient care and contribute your expertise in both imaging and clinical nutrition? Bring your multi-modality technical skills and experience as a Registered Dietitian (RD) to an established healthcare environment. This is a 13-week contract with flexible shift options—choose a schedule of four 10-hour shifts, five 8-hour shifts, or a combination, with flexibility on start and stop times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent full-time experience as a RD in acute care, nursing home, inpatient rehab, or LTACH setting (within the past 5 years strongly preferred; will consider 1 year less recent experience within 8 years case-by-case)
  • Completion of NFPE training required; expertise in enteral and parenteral nutrition strongly preferred
  • Experience in ICU settings is a plus
  • Demonstrated multi-modality imaging expertise
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and nutrition diagnoses; tailor individualized care plans
  • Monitor and document patient care outcomes related to nutrition interventions, including food/nutrition intake and test results
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, providing expert consultation on complex dietary needs and advances
  • Educate patients and families on nutrition and special diets, both during hospitalization and as part of ongoing care
  • Lead and contribute to in-service training sessions, community and health education events, and special projects
  • Mentor and supervise dietetic interns/students as needed
  • Coordinate with culinary and foodservice departments to ensure optimal patient and staff experiences

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
