Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple imaging modalities (X-ray and at least one additional: CT, MRI, etc.)
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical imaging setting
• Strong understanding of radiology safety protocols, workflow management, and quality assurance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor and motivate technologists and support staff
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Commitment to upholding patient privacy and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the imaging department, including workflow coordination and assignment of duties to technologists
• Provide hands-on imaging in multi-modality procedures, ensuring accuracy, safety, and high quality of diagnostic images
• Mentor, evaluate, and train team members to ensure professional growth and compliance with industry best practices
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care
• Troubleshoot imaging equipment issues and liaise with service teams as needed
