CT Tech Multi Modality Tech in Paso Robles, CA

An opportunity is now available for an experienced Imaging Technologist with expertise in multi-modality procedures, including CT, X-ray, and radiologic technology. This contract role is set for 13 weeks, ideal for professionals ready to showcase their skills and flexibility in a dynamic healthcare setting. The assignment requires hands-on operation of a Siemens 64 Somatom scanner and a strong working knowledge of general X-ray procedures.

Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour evening shifts: Friday through Monday, 12:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• On-call coverage required: 11:30 pm to 4:00 am

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• Active certification in ARRT
• Current California state license
• BLS certification
• Fluoroscopy and IV certification
• Proficiency with the Siemens 64 Somatom scanner and X-ray modalities
• Prior experience managing call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures across CT and X-ray in accordance with physician orders
• Operate and maintain Siemens 64 Somatom scanner and associated X-ray equipment
• Provide high-quality imaging services to support patient diagnosis and care
• Rotate call coverage as scheduled, promptly responding to after-hours needs
• Work collaboratively within a supportive interdisciplinary team
