Take your expertise in Nuclear Medicine and contribute to exceptional patient care in a dynamic imaging environment. This contract position requires strong technical skills and experience working with adolescent to geriatric patient populations. You’ll play a vital role in diagnostic imaging, utilizing advanced technology in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Schedule

  • Day shift: 4x10-hour shifts (06:00 – 17:30)
  • Every other weekend required
  • On-call coverage: one week (7 days) per month, evenings (M–F) until 23:00, weekends 07:00–23:00
  • Holiday coverage expectations per assignment
  • Floating may be required within scope as needed
  • Maximum of 7 days requested time off

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Nuclear Medicine experience (no first-time travelers)
  • Current BLS certification
  • ARRT-R and NMTCB certifications required
  • Proficiency with: Xceleris processing system, Fuji Synapse 5 PACS, Epic, AtomLab960 Thyroid Probe/Well Counter, Capintec CRC-55tR and CRC-15 Beta dose calibrators, LudLum Model 14C, and Bicron 2000 survey meters
  • Experience with Philips Skylight and Siemens Symbia Evo systems
  • Excellent clinical judgment and strong teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging studies for adolescent to geriatric patients
  • Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to all regulations and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals for accurate diagnostics and patient care
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and complete necessary documentation within required timelines
  • Participate in departmental on-call and holiday rotation as needed
