Exciting opportunity available for a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PET/CT) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This contract position is structured for day shifts, offering a predictable schedule and the chance to specialize without floating to other areas.

Schedule:

  • Day shifts
  • Five 8-hour shifts per week
  • No floating required

Required Qualifications:

  • Active SC State license required
  • Proven experience operating PET/CT equipment and performing nuclear medicine procedures
  • Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and safety regulations
  • Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB or ARRT-N) preferred
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in imaging and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging studies, including PET/CT scans
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver accurate diagnostic results
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
  • Accurately document procedures and update patient records
  • Adhere to all infection control and radiation safety guidelines
