Schedule:
- Monday through Friday shifts with varied daytime hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT-N or NMTCB)
- Active state licensure (if required)
- Previous experience performing Nuclear Medicine procedures in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of imaging safety principles and radiation safety protocols
- Skilled with imaging equipment, computer systems, and PACS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with medical staff and supporting patient needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, operate, and maintain Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and in accordance with protocols
- Perform a broad range of Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
- Accurately document procedures and maintain records according to facility protocol
- Monitor patients during procedures and address any concerns or reactions promptly
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other team members to support coordinated patient care
- Uphold strict safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards at all times
