Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Qualifications:

  • NMTCB or ARRT (N) Certification required
  • Active NYS License (Nuclear Medicine)
  • Current BLS CPR certification
  • Experience with General Electric Nuclear Medicine cameras, Biodex Dose calibrator, EPIC, NMIS, and Xeleris preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, dispense, and administer radiopharmaceuticals following regulatory guidelines
  • Operate gamma cameras and SPECT/SPECT-CT systems for a variety of diagnostic procedures
  • Uphold rigorous radiation safety for patients and colleagues
  • Maintain meticulous regulatory documentation and patient records
  • Perform quality control on all equipment and promptly report any deviations
  • Provide clear patient education and maintain confidential patient information
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, radiologists, and the broader care team
  • Manage radioactive waste responsibly and adhere to clinical safety procedures
