Key Qualifications:

• Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT-N or NMTCB)
• Experience operating a variety of imaging modalities relevant to nuclear medicine
• Knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Attention to detail and proficiency in documenting patient information and imaging results

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time hours; specific shifts or scheduling will be discussed during the interview process

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications as required for imaging procedures
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies, following clinical guidelines
• Maintain precise documentation for patient records, equipment logs, and quality control measures
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are strictly adhered to within the imaging suite
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Assist in training and orienting new staff as needed
