Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) - Bristol, Connecticut

Schedule:

• Days—choose between two shifts: 6:00am–2:30pm or 7:00am–3:30pm
• Call rotation includes:
  • One weekday on-call (3:30pm–7:00pm)
  • One weekend on-call every four weeks (7:00am–7:00pm)

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in Nuclear Medicine Imaging
• Active certification with NMTCB or ARRT(N)
• Previous work as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a clinical environment
• Strong interpersonal communication and technical problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with imaging equipment and safety protocols

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform quality general and specialized nuclear medicine imaging exams according to physician protocols
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals under established safety guidelines
• Accurately analyze and interpret imaging studies, reporting findings to the healthcare team
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient records and imaging data
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical team members to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, responding promptly to urgent requests
