Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment to perform a variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures following physician orders and department protocols.
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Accurately capture and interpret images, collaborating with radiologists and referring providers for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation within electronic health records.
  • Follow safety and infection control procedures to protect patients and coworkers.
  • Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients throughout imaging processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
  • Active ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proficiency with nuclear medicine imaging equipment and software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred.

Schedule:
