Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Four 10-hour shifts each week
Key Qualifications:
- Active CNMT or ARRT(N) certification, plus NMTCB(CT), ARRT(R), or ARRT(CT)
- Valid New York State license in Nuclear Medicine and CT
- Current BLS for Healthcare certification
- Experience working with GE Discovery IQ equipment desired
- Demonstrated expertise in nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel between assignment sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct sophisticated PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging procedures for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ensure precise operation and calibration of GE Discovery IQ equipment
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Deliver compassionate patient care and provide clear procedural explanations to patients
- Adhere to all safety protocols, radiation regulations, and industry best practices
- Assist with departmental workflow and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Role Features:
