Essential Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT or ARRT-N)
  • Previous experience in nuclear medicine/imaging departments
  • Thorough understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols
  • Ability to operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment and associated software
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Valid licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals for imaging procedures
  • Perform a variety of nuclear medicine exams according to physician orders
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures
  • Operate diagnostic imaging systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to achieve optimal diagnostic outcomes
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

$2,372 - $2,509/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
