Experienced imaging professionals with expertise in Nuclear Medicine, CT technology, and Nuclear Medicine Technologist skills are sought for a contract opportunity providing high-quality clinical care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role centers on delivering individualized, holistic care that aligns with each patient’s unique goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and functioning in a responsive on-call capacity.

Schedule/Hours:

  • On call, as needed basis
  • 45-minute response time required
  • End-of-weekend (EOW) rotation
  • Variable weekday shifts: 6:30a–3:00p, 7:30a–4:00p, or 8:30a–5:30p (Monday–Friday)

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills in Nuclear Medicine, CT scanning, and Nuclear Med technology
  • Proven ability to independently manage and triage on-call responsibilities, including remote coordination with pharmacy and provider teams
  • Strong clinical assessment, planning, and care delivery skills within imaging modalities
  • Excellent communication abilities to keep patients, families, and extended care teams informed throughout the care process
  • Adaptability for variable shifts and commitment to timely, high-quality patient care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-focused clinical imaging services, from assessment through implementation and evaluation
  • Order radiopharmaceutical doses from home while on call and notify providers about wait times and dose arrivals
  • Ensure safe and efficient care, safely administering imaging protocols
  • Collaborate with other clinicians for complex or high-risk situations, utilizing available resources to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Advocate for patients and families, ensuring every interaction promotes a positive, satisfying care experience
