Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist or CT/PET Technologist, as required by the state and regulatory bodies
  • Proven experience operating advanced imaging systems, specifically in nuclear medicine and PET/CT modalities
  • Proficient in handling radiopharmaceuticals and ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills for accurate diagnostic imaging
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a patient-focused approach

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible scheduling may be available depending on department needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals with strict adherence to safety guidelines
  • Perform PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging procedures, ensuring accurate data capture and patient comfort
  • Support physicians in diagnostic interpretation by delivering high-quality images and reports
  • Maintain precise documentation, equipment logs, and patient records in compliance with all regulatory and facility protocols
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to assure optimal performance and minimal downtime
  • Deliver compassionate patient care by explaining procedures and monitoring during imaging processes
