Exciting opportunity for a skilled technologist specializing in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging. This 13-week contract position offers exposure to advanced diagnostic technology, working with a GE Omni system. Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week (days)
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Nuclear Medicine, CT/PET, and Nuclear Med technology
- Hands-on experience operating GE Omni equipment is essential
- Dual certification required:
- NMTCB or ARRT(N)
- AND at least one of: ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), or NMTCB(CT)
(Candidates must hold both a Nuclear Medicine certification and a radiology-related certification)
- Active New York State licenses in both Nuclear Medicine and Radiology
- Detail-oriented, dedicated to delivering quality patient care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures using the GE Omni system
- Prepare, position, and monitor patients for imaging exams while ensuring safety and comfort
- Accurately process, evaluate, and document imaging results in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain meticulous records of all exams and procedures
- Ensure all imaging equipment is kept in optimal working condition through regular checks and troubleshooting

$3,870 - $4,080/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
