Step into an advanced imaging environment and provide expert care as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist serving adolescent to geriatric patients. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute your skills within a collaborative healthcare setting while working with the latest technologies and systems.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shifts: 4x10-hour schedule (06:00 - 17:30)
  • Every other weekend required
  • Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
  • Call requirements: One week (7 days) per month; weekdays (shift end–23:00), weekends (07:00–23:00)
  • Holiday commitments based on assignment period, including possible major holidays

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience; first-time travelers not accepted
  • Certifications required: BLS, ARRT-R, NMTCB
  • Proficiency with essential equipment and systems, including:
    • Xceleris processing system
    • Fuji Synapse 5 PACS
    • AtomLab960 Thyroid Probe/Well Counter
    • Capintec CRC-55tR and CRC-15 Beta dose calibrators
    • LudLum Model 14C and Bicron 2000 survey meters
  • Working knowledge of Epic, PACS, Philips Skylight, and Siemens Symbia Evo
  • Experience serving adolescent through geriatric patients

Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures following safety and compliance protocols
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain imaging equipment
  • Accurately process and document imaging studies within Epic and PACS systems
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to scrub color (dark grey) policy
  • Flexibility to float within facility as needed
