Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Valid state license (or eligibility) for practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Proficient in performing a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures and operating specialized equipment
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct nuclear medicine imaging procedures as ordered by healthcare providers
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient responses
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Maintain detailed records and collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare teams
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment efficiently and according to safety standards
