Required Qualifications & Experience:
- ARRT(N), NMTCB, or equivalent certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Texas
- Recent experience in routine and complex nuclear medicine imaging procedures
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and workplace practices
- BLS certification
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform and document a wide range of nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and quality of imaging
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals safely in accordance with guidelines
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment; monitor for proper function
