Advance your career in medical imaging with an exciting contract opportunity for skilled Nuclear Medicine/PET CT Technologists. This role offers a 13-week assignment with a choice of two working schedules and is ideal for professionals experienced in both Nuclear Medicine and CT/PET modalities.
Available Schedules:
- Mobile Route: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, traveling between four key regional hospitals.
- Parked Assignment: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, working at a single site for the duration of the contract.
Key Qualifications:
- Current NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification and holding either ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), or NMTCB(CT) credentials.
- Active New Jersey state licenses in both Nuclear Medicine and Radiology.
- Previous experience operating advanced PET/CT equipment and conducting imaging procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently and adapt to various clinical environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging studies according to physician orders.
- Travel between multiple hospital locations or remain on-site, depending on assigned schedule.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely, monitoring patients throughout procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and state regulations.
- Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and healthcare team members to deliver seamless diagnostic services.
